Mathias Muleme was born in Uganda, East Africa and first came to Canada in 1967. He now resides in London, Ontario. He received a B.A. in Fine Art from the University of Guelph, Ontario and Master of Fine Art degree from Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan in 1976. Honored with numerous scholarships and awards, Mathias exhibits widely throughout Canada and the United States. He has many private and public collections around the world.
