Availability
The Grand Gallery is available for rentals after 5:00pm Monday through Friday, after 3:00pm on Saturday, and all day Sunday.
Fees
$750 per 5 hours and $200 per each additional hour. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve a date on our calendar 30 days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
Schedule
Space is not available during gallery events & holidays. Events must be after our normal business hours & ending time is negotiable. If arranged, set up may happen earlier. Please call 616-676-4604 to schedule an event.
Catering
We do not offer catering or bartending services, but we are happy to make recommendations. If serving alcohol, an insurance policy must be obtained for your event. Feel free to contact the gallery for more details.
House Rules
Nothing will be hung, nailed, or taped to the walls at the gallery without permission from gallery personnel. All publicity concerning the Grand Gallery must be approved through the Grand Gallery. Smoking is not allowed inside the gallery.
Parking
There is street parking available on the West side of the gallery and a parking lot on the South side of the gallery.
